She has over 25 highly successful years in senior level leadership positions including: 18 years at IBM, Chief Operating Office (COO) at IT Partners, and 6 years at International Network Services as Senior VP of East Coast Operations. She has extensive experience in executive management, strategic planning, sales, sales management and business development.

Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, Amie worked in Advertising and Marketing for a leading Boston based advertising agency. With over 15 years of Marketing and Advertising experience working with Fortune 500 companies, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Amie develops a custom marketing strategy for each specific property. Through various online and print strategies, she successfully markets your home to gain maximum market coverage.
Amie is also responsible for internal marketing for Christine Norcross & Partners. She maintains our web sites and databases, develops direct marketing strategies and mailings, works with various in-house vendors for promotional and print material, develops team advertising campaigns, newsletters and assists Christine with overall business planning.
Amie received her BA from Lake Forest College and has completed extensive Graduate School course work in Marketing Management at Harvard University Extension School. She has worked in real estate in New Jersey and Massachusetts for over 7 years.
Amie resides in Wellesley with her husband and three young children.

Cindy Motyka
Administration Manager & Client Care Coordinator
Cindy is the core of Christine Norcross & Partners. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile puts our clients at ease in what can sometimes prove to be a stressful time. Cindy oversees and coordinates all aspects of each sale and ensures smooth transactions. Personable and friendly she is always available to answer client´s questions or concerns.
Cindy has over 26 years of real estate experience. She was previously a Realtor with Wayside Properties and DeWolfe Companies. In 1989 and 1990 she was awarded the "Top Producing Agent" at Wayside Properties. In addition to her sales experience she was also a Corporate Relocation counselor at DeWolfe Relocation in Lexington. Since early 2002, she worked as a Real Estate Assistant to a top level Agent at DeWolfe Real Estate. Cindy´s depth of real estate experience makes her a key member of our team.
